Collaboration Fosters Growth
The path of life is full of challenges. Join me in this space where compassionate care meets evidence-based practices. Specializing in serving children, teens, and adults, I offer a holistic approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques to foster lasting change. Neurodiversity is affirmed as another form of natural diversity in our community. Inclusive by nature, I warmly welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that your identity is respected and celebrated throughout the therapeutic process. With a commitment to inclusivity and understanding, I strive to empower clients on their journey towards wellness, self-discovery and personal growth.
